Sisterhood may very well be the element that binds a sorority together--the soul of the sorority, one might say. Sisterhood is supporting one another, being there for one another in times of good as well as bad, and not to forget, creating fond memories that last forever. Consequently, the ladies of Alpha Gamma Delta are very proud to hold several "sisterhood activities" throughout the year--fun events that are designed to help members get to know and spend time with one another outside of chapter meetings and sorority functions. Sisterhood begins the moment members return to school with a sisterhood retreat of swimming, camping, or any other activity that commemorates the lazy days of summer. Sisterhood does not stop there...some of last year's events included Thanksgiving and Christmas spreads, pumpkin carving on Halloween, a Valentine's day gift exchange, a superbowl party, a Mary Kay makeup party, and a senior dinner.
